My morning caffeine hadn’t kicked in when I responded a few minutes ago. I just realized your one of those real critical thinkers who think if something is 0.01% bad it is all bad. By spending money there I am getting a chicken sandwich. I am not supporting anything. I don’t sign anything that says I support where

Funny, been doing just that (enjoying CFA sandwiches) for as long as I’ve known that they were religious nuts.  Please elaborate on how that is not possible.

Ok... I can’t argue with that, but how does that change my comment?

We had the squeeze butter, because mom phased out the little yellow containers when my brothers would make a mess with them. I just watched a commercial for it on youtube where the old football player Deacon Jones was having a conversation with the Parkay container and it kept saying “butter” in a weird voice. If I

Ha, yep.  We had a cupboard full of those gray nightmares.  Them and the little yellow ones with the clear tops.  Think it was Parkay?

I’m all for more butter on everything.  Having grown up in a margarine only household I’ve been spending the last 20 some odd years making up for it.

I completely agree with you. I was just adding that there are some of us that are online, in the sense that I read some of these militant left wing posts and despite agreeing with them in principle, still eat at CFA.  If people like me aren’t going to stop, people way more to the “right” on the subject aren’t going to

I’m probably extremely online. I can enjoy a chicken sandwich, support gay marriage, and oppose people foisting their religious beliefs on others all at the same time.

Nice try, owl. Fool me once...

Yeah I feel you, I’m 40, but my hobbies require gaining and cutting weight often.  Good luck, keep at it and it will happen.

Getting old, that’s what I’ve been doing wrong lol

LOL yep.  Used that as an example when the wife and I were having a conversation along these lines two nights ago.

Seriously. Its not only not for me but it is not for people that have my job.  That right there is a good reason to stay out of half of the Lifehacker posts this week.

Cool story: I really don’t miss being a practicing Catholic.  Partly because I’m trying to get up to 300lbs and I kinda need meat every day.  Partly cause I hate rules.

Seriously. We had “NY Style” pizza at college from several different places. I’d usually walk down to the one closest to our bar and get myself and the rest of the doorknobs (bouncers) a 24-incher mid shift on football weekends.  Did it taste fantastic?  Yes.  Is it something I miss enough that I would take the 11

One can only hope.  So tired of 2nd round Conference Finals.

Nah, it really isn’t.

Except I get value out of my reuse of them, and am in my right to be mad at a kneejerk policy by the store I frequent. Not to mention that reusable bags are a pain and require another load of laundry to keep them clean so the environmental impact is not null. So reduce is not a viable solution in this case.

Kroger just announced they are going to trial going bag free and this pisses me off (because they are better for carrying groceries and I reuse every single one and very few make it into the trash ). I don’t understand why this is so hard to figure out. Use them for small garbage can liners. Use them to pick up your

Seriously what the hell.  Half of the sound effects don’t even match the scenes they are showing.
