It’s more than reasonable to make assumptions about a person’s character based upon the people they associate with. What kind of backwards-ass logic and world do you think you’re living in?

A person’s character is highly-based on the character of the people they associate with, and I think it’s well within the bounds

I’ve been asking that question since I started coming to this site in 2012 and reading about jackasses threatening death/wishing suicide over things like weapon stat changes.

The fuck is wrong with people? Where is your life at when something like that makes you so mad?

you do get a discount on the DLC for being a gamepass member so there is that.

I loved Prey. Mooncrash didn’t intrigue me, so I never even gave it a shot - but now that the base game is back on Game Pass, this comment makes me think I need to give it a shot.

The only thing that really truly drags 4 down for me is the base-building stuff. I know you don’t really have to do it but it’s one of those game mechanics that always elicits very strong and audible groans from me every single time it pops up. If it’s there, it’s always nagging at me that I should be doing it. And I

I played fallout 4 when it was released but couldn’t finish it. I’d just finished The Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 just felt ancient in so many ways compared to The Witcher 3.

Sometimes Games With Gold feels like hitting up a house that didn’t remember it was Halloween. “Gimme a second. I think I have a peppermint in my jacket pocket. Oh, here’s a packet of sugar. Do you like bits of wire? There’s some wire in this drawer here.”

play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Thanks, we’d welcome you to Demons Souls and Spider Man....but you know :/

More than anything, the PS4 Pro and XBone S/X taught me that I should NOT buy a PS5 or a Series X just yet, if there’s prrecedent that there will probably be enhanced versions of both systems in just a couple years.

> Now it’s mostly just eye candy like ray tracing rather than anything that transforms how you play games

Sorry but Demon’s Souls on PS5 sort of shatters this whole argument. As someone who’s had a PS4 Pro for a couple years, it’s absolutely mind-blowing. Youtube videos really don’t do any justice to the experience of playing a game with that level of detail and advanced lighting at a silky smooth 60fps. When I first

Yeah, same here. Any game that was available on all platforms = Xbox One buy. The controller was just superior and the performance differences negligible. The only times I’d get the PS4 version is if it had console exclusives that I absolutely needed.

Same here; got a One X for all third party stuff (and the “PC games”), while getting a PS4 slim and switch to supplement exclusively for their first party stuff.

Yes, the main thing here is Australia. AU has strong pacific ties, being filled with tons of Chinese (CCP subversion testing grounds, buts that’s neither here nor there) and Japan a strong ally. It’s mere geolocation would suggest Sony would and likely does dominate that market, so probably all his buds were cruisin’

Yep, that part really stood out to me since Microsoft, being a software/hardware goliath, is going to have better servers by default.

Yeah, Xbox Live is an unquestionably better designed platform. The numbers argument is true but like... you weren’t going to struggle finding people to play Call of Duty or Fortnite or whatever on Xbox, which is what the vast majority of people wanted to play...

That’s how I’m treating this new gen. Multi plats and BC on the xbox, exclusives on the ps5. It fells like both companies are going in different directions, and the two together cover all the bases.

Let me sum up this article:

Because of the lack of really any worthwhile exclusives, and the fact that I just like the xbox controller better, my MO last generation was to buy any cross platform games for the Xbox and mostly buy exclusives for the PS4.
