I mean. I kind of agree with him. You wouldn’t see Apple giving you all these toggles if they built a game. It would just BE out the box. Having all these toggles gives me Android phone vibes (I am an android user so I’m not bashing it). I feel console gaming should be easy while PC gaming can keep the fine tuning.

Its truly pure luck we are around today

Kamala is dead. Long live Kamala

This is exactly how i feel. It's like everyone intentionally misinterpreted the quote !

Well a lot of times they know people only play a small percentage of a game so they put the best content at the start. Witcher3 comes to mind.

Well they’re introducing other galaxies now with thr ahsoka show. So perhaps the milky way is where the space whales hail from

Lets also not forget the latest Cal Kestis plot. Where he had to find a map through a nebula to reach a mysterious safe haven.

Thank you for this reply. It really got me thinking a bit on the greater impact at stake here. So yes perhaps you're right.... these practices should be more scrutinized and dare I say, regulated

I don’t think that’s a good example. Maybe what you’re trying to say and show is that loot boxes have an immeasurable affect on the industry long term. That while short term they only impact those susceptible to the practice, long term it negatively influences game development and quality.

“people spending more than they should on fake nonsense bullshit)“

I too struggle understanding the evil of loot boxes. I’m 35. Not young. But I ignore loot boxes as if they don't exist. So to me loot boxes seems like an individual affliction. It's not like cigarettes where it also harms those around you

Plans change

Overwatch: Infinite .. perhaps?
