I disliked this review. It feels so clinical.

I have that panel saved as a picture on my phone and I show it to people whenever they try to talk sports at me to illustrate what I’m getting out of it.

Larsen is transcendent, goddamit, transcendent!

Saw a sad thread on a meme site of users complaining that Larson isn’t funny and is ‘boomer humor’. Made me really angry that a community whose sense of humor is defined by irony and morbidity wouldn’t understand the magic of Larson.

I believe I’ve posted this a couple weeks ago but one of the major reddit groups for this game is a fucking dumpster fire with people who just hate the game for no logical reason. I just finished my 2nd play through this past weekend so I really liked the game obviously and it’s just so mind boggling the shit people…

The art and visuals are hands down the best thing about this game in my opinion. The last time I had this much fun with photo mode was in Horizon Zero Dawn. 

Love the concept art and am absolutely blown away at how it translated in-game. Game is entirely too gorgeous.

She had a lot of trauma and didn’t have much of a role model.

I mean, not really? People are still going to buy Harry Potter stuff and she’ll still get royalties. Rowling doesn’t need to work at all for the rest of her life and still be rich.

This is stupid. It is actually going to led to less diversity.At least for cartoon. And for live action for small parts. Is every actor going to actually be what they are. Honestly, I can absolutely see why Microsoft wanted to keep a lid on this “secret” and has gone out of its way to deny the existence of it. This basically kills the Xbox Series X before it has even launched for the majority that aren’t hardcore Xboxers.

I don’t see this being worth it. I’d rather spend an additional xx amount for the best version than a watered down console that’s on par, or worse than the best of the current gen.

There’s an option to skip cutscenes I believe. There’s basically an option for anything in this game, which is really cool.

I love it. The character feels like a real person. It isn’t snappy, like a videogame, it feels like I’m controlling someone like myself (athletic, but, you know, having a real body with actual momentum). Granted, fine movement when searching is a little annoying sometimes, but in combat, I feel like they nail it.
