Its weird, Windows 10 is fine on my tablet - which is an underpowered POS really, but it runs almost as well as Android would while letting me use old applications that would require insane levels of emulation to run on an android tab. But on the Desktop it was utterly awful, and since I now work from my gaming…
I suspect its more that they feel reasonably secure in the XBox brand surviving, but know that Windows 10 is still not making the inroads into the gaming community.
I tried gaming on 10, the experience was so unstable I ended up going back to 7.
