Watch the video first, its important to understand exactly what was intended before I explain how it turned out. I know it's long and dated as hell, but it explains a lot.

The mini has a sharp rake to the windsheild compared to the bonnet line. The car in the videos has an almost continuous line from bonnet to roof. The Mini is a two door model, unless your talking about the countryman - which is a larger car than the one we can see in the video.

I think in the video, if you look really closely, you can see the indicator light flashing below the brake light. The xA has the indicators on top, while the xD has them underneath - along with the Fiesta and the Yaris.

Lights seem too high on the body in the video for that - much more like a Yaris or Fiesta's location.
