But it's likely that Stannis didn't order it, since he's not even in the same location.

He's becoming that way slowly, but they sped it up too much and it made no sense. Especially when they made freaking Selyse of all people try to stop it.
B&W don't really understand his character, IMO. I think they've always hated him.
I think it's the way they did it. Now not only is Shireen dead, we've pretty much lost Stannis because his character is irredeemable at this point.
I don't blame you, Stannis. I blame Benioff and Weiss.
She lost synchronizaction!
Troy assassinated one of my favorite book character's personality, too! It all makes sense now!
I was unfortunate enough to see that movie. It was one of the worst movies I've ever watched.
Christine Taylor
That would be the most satisfying ending, IMO.
I would agree, but Richard is awkward with everyone.
I hope Stannis kills Ramsay. Well, actually, I don't care who kills him at this point. I think Sansa would be the best. But Stannis would be okay.
I love Richard, but he seriously needs some anxiety medication and/or therapy if he's going to be a CEO.
Ramsay is crazy, but Roose supposedly isn't. Why is he allowing this to happen? And the Boltons' need for Littlefinger has been discussed elsewhere in the comments section. They need the support of the Vale.
Ramsay doesn't already act irrationally?
I disagree that the reader is too detached from the Ellia story to really want revenge. I cheered when Doran revealed his real plan. I agree that Dorne has a lot of problems narratively and is even worse in the show, though.
GoT loves to take any little ray of light that we have and squash it, so I'm convincing myself that Ramsay will just find the shiv and punish her for taking it.
Yeah, and I was still feeling too horrified by Gilly almost being raped to really feel the romance.
The threat of sexual assault was always there and he did have her stripped naked (or tried to). It's not that different.
In the books, everyone is aware that "Arya" cries every night and it's considered more of a danger to the Boltons than Stannis. Even if Sansa hasn't told them, they have to be somewhat aware of what's going on. I guess the exception is Brienne because she's pretty far away.
