Have a technical question for you. Are there any things I need to know before trying to install that mod? I ask because I checked out the mod site and it seems to come in exe format, but Steam OS is Linux.

I think that was the point. DBG was very easy despite the impressive size and visuals and felt pointlessly tacked on.

Go tell those people they aren’t Italian.  See how that works out for you.

But no one wants a dedicated streaming device unless it’s a USB stick or something. Using remote play on your phone/tablet/etc… is a better option than something like this.  This device, if it is as the leak suggests, is DOA.

Guaranteed failure. There is no meaningful market for a streaming only handheld. Another PSP/Vita that can stream in addition to having its own dedicated games has a chance. But this?  No way. DOA.

You could just play the base game with different characters and builds. The game isn’t going to force you into the end game.

Because he thinks it would make for a good story line? LOL.

I agree completely with the top 2. I can, and do, still play those games today and they feel just as good as they always did. Lots of great games in the rest of the list, but you can shuffle them around in just about any order and I won’t complain.

I’m one of those people. I can play SMW or SM3 today and they still feel every bit as good as they did when new. Mario 64? I have some really fond memories of the game, but when I play it today it gets tired pretty fast. It’s not a bad game, but the 3D games have been refined so much since that time.

I’ll have to take your word on that one.  I’m familiar with the game, but have never played it personally.

IMO the only thing it forced you to do was endlessly mess with your inventory. Such a waste of time.

I’m not sure I’ve ever played a game with swimming sections where those sections weren’t also some of the worst in the game. I honestly can’t think of one.

I liked the divine beasts. Maybe because they are really as close as the game gets to traditional Zelda dungeons. “Interacting with all the things in them until you fight a boss” is a pretty valid way of solving classic Zelda dungeons.

Yes, I see what you are saying. In D2 it’s more about getting as much + to all skills as you can get vs boosting a specific skill (though both types exist), but I was looking at from the standpoint that your power is very much gear dependent.

What if you simply needed to hunt for good rare/magic (and maybe a unique or two) items that simply had stats that paired nicely with your chosen skill type, allowing you to experiment with similar skills easily and without needing to replace gear?

I continue to have major issues with the gearing system and how much power comes from legendary gear/how it basically determines what skills you play until endgame (and even then).

And while the sequel does look like a graphical improvement over BotW, it’s really not by much.

BTW, welcome to Kotaku, Kehe!

Wrongfully imprisoned means you didn’t do the crime you were convicted for.

Also I love that you think Shakespeare wasn’t “written for a wide audience”. LOL jesus. That’s special.
