I’ve never seen this on my PS5 and it regularly goes to sleep via HDMI-CEC. Are you sure you don’t have power issues at your home? Also, do you have a USB drive attached?  I do not, but I’ve noticed a pattern where people using USB drives have more issues.

I have issue using both from time to time. For example, my TV sometimes tries to turn on my cable box even though it is already on…. So it turns off.  But this only happens sporadically.  Like sometimes it can’t tell it is still on.

Same. When I play my PS5 then either turn my set-up off or switch back to regular TV or something my PS5 goes to sleep automatically. It has been doing that since the day I got it (launch).

Yeah, the problem is a lot of manufacturers have used their own names for the standard.  Which is really stupid and completely counter productive.

This really is the advantage of what MS has done this generation.  It doesn’t feel as “exciting” when you boot your new XBox for the first time, but having all the same features and having it all customized exactly as you had it before really is the better way to go.

They were strong by the end.  That’s the problem here.  They keep having to re-add these features over time each generation.  The question is why do they keep taking them away in the first place?

Yes! Themes! I really dislike this whole “every menu item has it’s own background” default theme. It makes the dash feel busier. Like it’s actually 10 (or whatever) different dashboards rather than one unified Home Screen. And the PS5 has a really nice looking theme built in that you see when it boots… the one…

This is indeed a reason to be pulling for Epic. Apple could still yank an app like Discord from their App Store, but if users were allowed to easily access other store fronts it wouldn’t be catastrophic.

Look I know bugs can affect people differently, but you can shove your nonsense claim where the sun doesn’t shine. We had constant bugs. For example… Both of the people I played with crashed back to the dash multiple times during our session. We had another time where we wiped against a boss and when we respawned…

I totally get that. That’s the same reason why I love Bethesda games while others are turned off by all the bugs. This game just didn’t work for me.

It doesn’t feel that way to me at all. The dated graphics, simplistic level design, and general lack of polish combined with the vast array of bugs all feels very amateurish to me. And, really, a lot more than that. For example, I got weird vibes from enemies rushing me all making the exact same animations like how…

I’m still a bit baffled as to why this game is getting so much attention? Lack of anything else other than MHR? Because it hit Game Pass? SE is the publisher? My friends and I played it and were pretty underwhelmed.

Also did they actually lose $95 million in transit fees or was that amount mostly just delayed?
