I think that's kind of the appeal. Flash's Rogues Gallery is the epitome of early silver age comic camp. I love that DC has kept that campiness into the new age. They raise the point that just because a murderous group of criminals looks ridiculous, it doesn't make them less dangerous.

This piece of medi-tech. I only received it once when I was a kid. It was replaced by the much less terrifying syringe test. It's a 4-pronged TB test. It was like my doctor was stabbing me with corn holders.
