Cockle Strand Airport, Barra in the Hebrides. Has an air traffic control tower, Airport fire truck but the runway is just the beach, with all restrictions you might think apply!

Gibraltar Airport is pretty wild. The land isn't wide enough for both the runway and the local highway... so they cross each other.
