For fucks sake this is still a topic
“You have to teach history so you don’t repeat those mistakes”
I wish that were true but those 05-09 legacys and outbacks are pigs. I had an 05 Legacy 2.5GT (same turbo EJ25 in the hawkeye WRX) and I never saw higher than 21MPG combined.
Wait 15 mpg combined is ghastly? My 2005 Subaru Outback 3.0R with W rated UHP all season tires gets 15.3 mpg.
I’m not crazy, but my LOW PRICES are!!!
I have sat in those and.....bit of a disappointment. Too many design compromises going on.
Tesla: Should we proactively assess the hazards associated with our cars, and find mitigations?
That video nailed it when it comes to why people love Volvos. Leading with the 1800ES wagon, one of the most beautiful cars ever made, and straight into the 240, one of the most iconic cars of all time. The only thing wrong with it is that it makes you wish the V60 was just a little more special. But it still gives me…
And on that bombshell it’s time to end. Thank you very much for watching, good night!
Don’t get me wrong here, I’m not singling out VW. Every company on earth will break the law and do morally reprehensible things to increase profits if the risk of getting caught is low enough.
awwwww... I remember seeing this and the feeling of unadulterated desire washing all over me.

yes, this exactly. A few years back I was driving a pretty beat 240sx, and when the time came to sell it I couldn’t find the title. So I filed the paperwork, paid the fee and got a duplicate issued. Then I could sell it as “clean title”. It’s much tougher for the buyer to get a title issued in their name without…
Worthless as it most definitely has severe title issues.
