If you want to quit look into a vape mod and vape juice. You prob have a local store. The juice comes in different strengths. I used vaping to quit smoking and them while vaping slowly lowered the nicotine level of my juice until I hit zero. Then I was able to quit vaping without any withdraw symptoms.
