Stunning good looks and an apparently professional build, but the (high) bottom line is that this is just an expensive toy for someone with a Look-At-Me fixation. It’s a one-trick (expensive) pony and I’d rather spend the money on something that has more than one way to amuse or move me.

Interesting “survivor” and I dig the body style and that arrow-like back end.

They’re wearing dirt bike helmets and goggles, no other safety gear, neither have a license plate, one doesn’t have a headlight (required in most places), mirrors or turnsignals, so probably no brake lights either. Frames look like they came from a bicycle. This is a photo shoot, nothing more.

If I’m a single guy and on the dating scene, I want a club cab and all that room in back to uh . . . stretch out

HAD vans for many years and preferred them, as I could sleep in the back during race weekends. HAVE a sedan, so we’re set up for people-hauling, but the Silverado gets used the most exactly because it has the most usable room. It’s a 2018 with the “variable” V8 which delivers incredible mileage (mid-twenties on the

Mine kept trying to get into the driver’s seat, so I’ve banished him to the nether regions of the back seat where he sprawls out.

As someone who actually RIDES in the city, running errands, commuting, etc., and has done so for many years, this is NOT an urban vehicle. No storage, no room for anything except the rider, not enough lights to make it street-legal, and with no info on the suspension, it’s just a concept bike intended for the night-tim

Speaking as someone who has been driving pickups for several decades, a standard cab model is the least useful style. Two people (or one dog) and everything else goes in the bed, exposed to the weather and theft.

It’s a fallacy that “taste is subjective.” There are limits and most of us can appreciate something radically different, something we would never do or purchase, but still think WOW.

Jeebus, those fuckin’ wheels! Tells me all I need to know about the seller. The car has been flogged and otherwise mistreated, vape fumes lingering in the upholstery, and 99% chance he wears a flat-billed hat. Massive No Dice!

That’s racing for you, even at the exalted level of F1. Lots of petty bullshit goes on in the pits. Been there and seen it. I’m surprised they didn’t propose docking him points from the first race or some other inane punishment. A piece of duct tape or a tiny amount of paint would’ve fixed this so-called problem.

“Just simple stuff like carb tuning . . .” LOL! Speaking from decades of experience, that can eat up more time than anything except electrical problems. People think carbs are simple, but most don’t have a clue . . . and would refuse to BUY a clue if offered because . . . they think it’s simple and any dolt can get it

At half that price, I might be a little interested. It’s a whale, but one that offers some mild thrills. But at his asking price, he can go fish or keep it forever . . . Nope.

Harley is one the worst companies to be “partnered” with or owned by. See Buell, Ameracchi (sp), Holiday Rambler an RV maker, Alta, and either Ducati or MV (too lazy to look it up). That list is just off the top of my head.

That would be the research firm of Nada, None & Zip.

BFD. A one-off for some customer hardly qualifies as either new or superlative. It’s actually a hodgepodge of parts and some pretty paint. Nothing innovative.

Not happening. HD can throw out any BS they want, but they’re dreaming if they think they will hit that level at their prices. And I’m not anti-electric, but in this country motorcycles are a luxury toy.

It was ND even before I saw the photo of the back end with all of the crap piled up in a corner. What kind of dumbass doesn’t exert himself for 20 seconds to take it out before shooting a photo?

TOO MUCH of everything negative. Price, complexity of that motor, and on its second motor (WTF?).

This is exactly what I started seeing in 2020. Some of the most aggressive and dangerous driving behavior I’ve ever seen. Since I’m a biker, I pay a LOT of attention to what the various assholes in their cages are doing, and there’s a lot of shit going on out there.
