it has to do with enabling the driver to get out in an emergency in under a certain amount of time. Closed cockpit cars generally have two doors in case one is blocked. a closed cockpit on an F1 car would only have one way for the driver to get out and if the car has rolled then he likely would be trapped.

I fit very well in the bucket seats from the 04-07 WRX. You can find them in leather or cloth (i have the cloth) and they even offer heated ones if you wanna try and play around with making that work (which would be badass btw).

Just went onto the configurator. They don’t offer that green color at least not on the Carrera or Carrera 4. If you wanna get the custom color then its possible. but its not a stock color.

I think this is the first time i’ve agreed with DT’s suggestion. 4WD Wrangler is the way to go. Tho if you want it sporty then i suggest a WRX. 02-07 can be had for less than $5k. If you want a newer one (tho i dont suggest them due to engine issues) they’re right around $10k.
