Soon their excuses will be Stale

Let’s see Tesla is actually an anagram for Lates. Which is what it was meant to be to warn the illuminati not to buy the car. Also you then take the l and a which gives you layoffs, which is what the Model 3 leads to.

I’d say she’s decently lowered, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say slammed. But I’ll take the compliment ;)

Ouch. When I got the truck it had had some stuff done to it. Big cam, 454 throttle body and injectors and 4.11 gears. Had it been stock, high teens would have been reasonable.

:P

Never understood the allure of Land Rovers. I was speakibg with a restoration specialist at a museum in Naples, and before that, he worked at a Porsche/Land Rover dealer. One day they were unloading them, and the service manager told him that the truck driver complained of one running very rough, so they bring it in,

“And in “modest” uphill driving or towing conditions, Ford F-250 and F-350s were measured to emit 30 to 50 times the standard set by the EPA.”

I don’t hate that interior at all. It reminds me of a minivan take on the Lagonda.

Besides how awkwardly proportioned and slab-sided it makes the truck (which then requires such weirdly large taillights), it

I agree, they kind of beat that into the ground over the holidays.

The Opposite of Pro is Con. So maybe Confessional Grade?

I’ve always thought that SkyActiv Technology is a really stupid name that has nothing to do with what it actually does. Oh, I also happen to drive a Mazda that has said technology.

I write copy for a living for a major automotive brand. It’s not nearly as easy as slapping a bunch of key words together, although I agree much of it can be fluff depending on the brand. Other fun words include athletic, powerful, no compromise, and cavernous.

Right on. I’m looking to pick up a 05 Dodge Durango SLT 4x4 with the 5.7 Hemi from my boss who works at an auto repair shop. It has a bit over 140k miles. Lots of new parts. His wife uses it so it’s been kept in top shape. I know that they’re not the best fuel mileage wise but I should be ok as long as I don’t drive
