My friend’s ex-boyfriend claimed he made his money buying, fixing/upgrading and then flipping houses. I heard his “work truck” was a Honda Ridgeline and was like “um, okay...”. Then I saw his immaculate Honda Ridgeline that had never seen a single tool dropped into the bed and my first thought was “oh, he’s a drug

Not Ferrari, Alfa Romeo. Specifically the Disco Volante that they made with Touring a few years back (especially in the rear end). But I think that these actually look even better. It seems like they threw in a dash of Aston Martin at the front end.

That whisper you hear is “Furai”

I got exactly the same vibe

haha I see you sarcasm, I see you

Surely you jest.

said nobody.

Came for this, was not disappointed.

Was anyone steering them in the wrong direction?

It has to be an inside joke with the designers to see how much smaller they can make the rear window each year.

You’ll be able to safely view an eclipse through the rear window of a 2020 Mazda 3 hatch.

Is it wrong that seeing this as a Michigan resident I go “meh”

Hats off to you sir, for doing it the right way and not fiberglassing it shut and passing the cancer off to the next owner. Sucks you sold it so soon after all that work. The old Volvos grow on you, much like rust. -__-

I would much rather receive packages via USPS than any of the package carriers. On the vehicle side, I look forward to seeing the progress of this project.

For me, its UPS that can’t deliver for shit.

Thanks for boiling it down for us. Though now I’m going to have to go visit bobistheoilguy. Curses!

It does, but this is indeed the filter media for MANN and Mahle oil filters that are spec for the engine.. And it gets better - some people have reportedly found insect parts in the filter media when opening up new filters! The PeachParts forum has multiple threads about this...again, it is hard to believe until you

Ultra is absolutely in par with anything out there. I think Champion and Fram are now the same company anyway, so they share the same resources. I run Mobil 1 filters, Amsoil EaO, Fram Ultra, and AC Delco UPRs (basically M1 filters at 1/2 the price on Rockauto). The particle counts on BITOG show these all to be about

I wish it was that simple. Fram, like so many other parts companies, offers different grades of part. Their top of the line offerings (Ultra or whatever they’re called) are actually quite good. But if you buy the cheap stuff, you might just end up regretting it.
