Sorry to hear one of your buddies died, but it’s good to know the other two made it.

Definitely Nissan.

Their products are, on average, worse. Also, corporate offers no support to the dealers who, in turn, offer no support to the customer.

You’re all idiots - except Torch, who is the only one who responded with intelligence and integrity. I regret wasting my time on the rest of you.

You’re an idiot. Have fun going through life never being fully self-aware. Your only win in our discourse is prompting me to waste time responding to you instead of asking for fries with my meal.

What are you doing here, then?

I am indeed. That’s definitely post shark-jump. Like I said, the first 3 to 5 seasons were definitely gold in terms of Jalop feel. As I recall, I think it was around seasons 9 or 10 that things got off track in terms of scope and budget.

This is a relief.

That said, no matter how things go with Mike and Ant, I’ll still believe WD has jumped the shark while they’re dealing with these high ticket buys (think anything over $15-20K USD). One of the reasons I loved WD so much in the early seasons was how I could relate. As a person with a chronic case of

I’m absolutely astonished by your class and tact. Say, what’s it like to have scabies anyway?

Says the guy who likely carrying a rap sheet longer a print out of Trump’s Twitter faux pas. Hush child, and apply the ointment directly to the butt hurt.

I didn’t vote for Trump. Give me Credit Where Due.

yay validation

I lol’d.

C’mon, really? I know you and a couple other people said that, but we’re on a Gizmodo group site. I find it hard to believe I was the only one who noticed. If nothing else, I was probably the first one to notice and then actually post about it.

Thank you for a rational response to my observation, which I heartily agree with.

Fair enough. I think that’s good enough reason to pick up the story. If nothing else, that GIF is great. I now accept any due shaming for noticing that hat and dragging it to the forefront.

That said, would you be interested in expanding more on the concept of vehicular welfare in public areas? I feel that’d be a good

Okay, I’ll bite.

This guy definitely overreacted. But we Jalops know the #1 rule about cars. And that’s don’t mess with a person’s car. That rule implicitly exists because one has to rely on the law and order of society as, during normal daily use, your sweet baby can’t remain in your watchful gaze or out of the path

You’re absolutely right, it is likely an inevitability. However, GM et al are pushing each other over to rush to a table that’s not even set yet. There’s still trepidation from the buying public and the government to overcome, and yet the manufacturers are focused only on being able to stake claim in being first.

That’s like vying to be King of the Midgets Short People™.

Yeah, it makes me want to go Back to the Past.

You could have stopped at Volvo 240 with the “stay away flags” and still made your point.
