heartbreaking.

And the crazy part is she looks so much better than she did a few years ago.

Ugh, who/what happened to her to make her believe the face and body she was born with wasn’t perfect? Original Kim was beautiful!

What the shit?! I’m clearly failing to keep up with people. Daaaamn.

Yeah, I appreciate that Missy honored the original version of Kim. We love you, Kim. It’s gonna be okay.

She looks slightly Korean now. Her face reminds me of a k-pop idol.

Jesus.

I’m gonna agree. The ponytail doesn’t work with his face, for me. Too dorky. I like the nice trim.

This is an undeniable fact.

Controversial opinion: Lin-Manuel Miranda looks way better without the long hair.

I just LOVE the new HPV vaccine commercial. It’s very shame heavy. It shows various some older kids who’ve gotten HPV and cancer casually talking to the screen as if it were their parents, noting that they “just guess” it wasn’t widely known when they were kids that they could have been vaxxed for it...and then shows

So, warning to everyone reading my comment. I do this thing when I get emotionally overwhelmed where I basically shut down and get all logical. How about cabinets full of binders full of women?

It reminds me of that time when RBG responded to the question “When will there be enough women on the supreme court?” and she said when there is 9. I felt the same way before I had kids myself.

You’re making it a contest.

Of course it’s more tragic when a little kid dies. There are few things I would call axiomatic, but this is one of them. They had no voice and no vote in how the world works yet. Also, they got cheated out of all the best experiences life has to offer. They never had a first crush, they maybe never tasted ice cream,

Children’s deaths are tragic because they are defenseless and are at the mercy of the whim of others. But then again, that could be said for the adults that were killed in the blasts as well.

I worked in Baghdad (development aid worker) for a few years, and these sorts of bombings with high death tolls were relatively commonplace. By the time I left, they were increasingly rare, and I truly believe as I boarded my last flight out of Iraq that things were on the upswing. My then-boyfriend (now husband) and

I have wished more than once that victims of these sorts of attacks in Muslim-majority countries would get the same coverage that we give to victims of domestic terror attacks. Show us their pictures. Tell us their names and their stories. Let us cry over these murdered children the way we cried over the murdered
