Yes 25 basis points isn’t a big deal and if at any point, however brief, interest rates go down you can always refinance into a lower rate with lower years so you are not starting back over again. Last year I refinanced into a 15 year. You don’t have to that the lender will have different terms.

We still have ridiculously low interest rates, an extra 25 basis points isn’t going to be that big of a deal and in the next 10-15 years if you still have that loan it will likely be looking pretty good.

I’ve been using Feedly since the death of Google Reader since The Old Reader didn’t quite do it for me at the time.

I use Feedly (which has a native app!). After the fall of Google Reader I tried a bunch of them, including Digg and The Old Reader. Final decision was between Old Reader and Feedly and obviously I settled with Feedly. Still using it to this day.
