This is version 9 of my personal bread recipe.

I make a loaf of bread for the next week on the weekend, and having my mixer mix and knead the dough while I start cleaning up is a time saver (and a literal load off of my shoulders).

If I may add a suggestion, if the company allows this scenario, I would use my personal laptop as my personal laptop, and run a separate Windows 10 Enterprise instance in Hyper-v on said laptop.

It worked fine from my NVIDIA SHIELD TV console.
