Dear salty commenters: Lemonade was a work of art comprising music, visual art, and poetry. She is literally asking students pursuing creative arts education to do scholarly work. I don’t think that’s the issue here (Sadface and Bob explained it well below), but as a Canadian I’m hesitant to buy American milk products since they use unnecessary antibiotics and bovine growth hormone, which are prohibited in Canada.

The dairy industry in Wisconsin has an oversupply, because the government has encouraged higher and higher production and there has always been enough demand for it. Now Canada has decided not to import some of the milk products that it did in the past.
