I don’t know why I am such a pendant about this, but I always feel compelled to point out that “right to work” is not relevant to situations like this. I think you mean “at-will employment,” which means that you can be fired for any reason at all (except for a narrow category of prohibited reasons).

I don’t even know if it’s legal for her to be fired but I could see her not wanting to work with people that would fire her for flipping off the worst person in the world. Oh well. More time for biking.
