The Bugle! John Oliver and his old friend Andy Zaltzman have been doing it for seven years, since back when John was just some random guy appearing on The Daily Show. I like to describe it as "If TDS were weekly, British, and audio-only" — though they also do a lot about US politics as well as the UK, along with just

Mostly I listen to podcasts about movies like We Hate Movies and the Flophouse, there's a new one called So That Happened that I like too. Also the Rupaul & Michelle Visage podcast What's the Tee.

Judge John Hodgman is always good, as is In Our Time with Melvin Bragg. Oh No Ross and Carrie is good, too.

That does put some of it in perspective — my family may be acting chintzy and inconsiderate, but I will be home for Christmas for the first time in three years. And so far, my phone and car are generally safe. I've been having a hard time eating because of the breakup, and sleep is hit or miss; I'm one of those people

I have to confess, I was immediately hooked on DA when I saw the pilot episode (I would have sworn it was absolutely the last show I'd ever find appealing), and I really enjoyed the first three seasons. I'm a crabby old mom. Nothing I like better than a curfew.

Oh sister! I LOVE THIS.

yus, I've been reading here for 10+ years and really only kicked off my commenting inthe last few years of greys (never actually succeeded getting out of it either, curses!).. I do like the more egalatarian approach of this but I preferred when the scroll was easier to read.

Definitely this! I find myself thinking "wow, I'm old" a lot with some of the stories. would be good to see some over 35 stuff.. for all of us! single, partnered or married.

There are many more of us over 40 than you realize. We are here.

Oooh, I would be SO SUPER INTERESTED in anything written by/for ladies in their late-30s/early-40s and beyond. It feels like there are scads of things written for the younger set, but not a whole lot about what it's like to be a super-rad feminist suburban ninja mom person (which is what I am and I would be happy to
