That’s CRAZY. I saw Foo Fighters at the Forum for Dave Grohl’s birthday two years ago. Not floor, but good seats, $65. Free street parking.

The best venue in LA is hands down The Troubadour, and tickets are generally $15-$35, but even the huge venues (LA Live, Staples, Forum, etc) I’ve never paid more than $90 to see a huge nationally touring band.

Agreed on all points. I went to 4 concerts in December (flew out to New York for two of them, RIP DEP), I already have tickets to 5 for January (Mac Lethal, K.Flay, Shr3dders, Queens of the Stone Age, and Meshuggah) and not a one of them was over $35. I tend to avoid stadium/arena shows, but I paid $90 for great seats

I don’t know who is shaking things up at truTV recently, but this, Andrea Savage’s “I’m Sorry” and The Chris Gethard Show are my favorite things on television right now. It almost makes it worth it to watch commercials for Impractical Jokers and The Carbonaro Effect. But not actually, so I DVR these and then skip

They are

JetBlue. All the time, every time. I fly JetBlue 3 to 4 times a year, and I love them so. Flying to NY this Dec, had a last minute change of plans and they switched my flight TWICE without a change fee weeks after the initial booking.

I see that “fuck off we’re full” sticker out and about in my city.

Yeah, isn’t there a whole episode in season 1 where she is paid like 100K for a few days voiceover work?

My husband and I lived in LA for many years on around 80K a year. We weren’t struggling, but we weren’t saving as much as we should and we couldn’t afford to buy a home. We moved to Portland, OR and bought a home, save money, and our lifestyle hasn’t changed. Cost of living is relative. A gallon of milk in LA (when I

My understanding was that it is about Hank Hill’s beloved dog, Ladybird

But does he have a traveling salvation show?

I subscribed to Teen Vogue last year, and honestly I have three unopened editions in my house. They only print quarterly, but they email stories weekly, so the digital is where it’s at anyway. Plus the subscription was like $6 for two years, so I feel I’m getting my moneys worth with digital only, and will definitely

So much yes! For the last three months I’ve been consciously taking up the correct amount of sidewalk space, shoulders squared. Only men have bumped me.

They 100% exist, but not everyone wears them. My family in southern California contains quite a few mormons, and when we go to the pool or beach I can see their special undergarments peeking out at the bottom of their board shorts. I haven’t seen any garments showing on my female mormon cousins.

I have met him three times and he was a delight and wonderful and we danced a lovely impromptu waltz in a shoe store. Sometimes you should meet your heroes.

I was working at a shore store in San Diego during SDCC 2009 or maybe 2010, and he came in shopping. Played it cool, didn’t fangirl. Go to help him with a shoe (one of those stores where salespeople would literally sit on a little stool and put the shoe on the foot) and dude has an ankle monitor for alcohol use on. As

At 22 I met through mutual friends a rapper and was SMITTEN. For about a year I would see him whenever he was town on tour or recording we would have a good time hanging out, knowing that when he went home there were no expectations. One time he came to town and I was like “oh, here’s my boyfriend (12 years later he’s

Agreed, any time I’ve gotten a misprint (even if it just a missing label or lyric insert) while purchasing vinyl, they never ask for it back. They just send a new one, and depending on how long it takes to receive the replacement I may or may not get a refund.

This is also why I watch Hoarders! I say to myself “see, these people, fucked up as they are, have people in their lives that love them and want to help them. I can’t be that bad!”
