Not to mention the big automakers can subsidize their entries into the EV space with profit margins from big ass gas chugging trucks, which people [at least in the US] are continuing to devour like never before

So sorry to hear about your sister. I lost a very close friend at 37 this year and it crushed me, can’t imagine what you and your family are going through.
2.slow? My first car was a 97
Reminds me of my old M5--I love the ///M Parallels on the e34. Beautiful car!
Because all of those plates are ugly and just have a graphic over the regular Mass plate. I have reserve plates on my VW so it is plainer “looking” but I really like the old, basic green on white plate. It’s a bonus there is only one of them.
The 737 is narrow body
How much did it go for? You have any pictures?
I don’t run a front plate on one of my cars regardless but yeah that’s the other benefit
There are people who do restorations on the plates. I wish I had a greenie
I would pay an extra $200 a year to have a Greenie--silly that MA doesn’t do that to make more money
That is truly an amazing datapoint. The local community college didn’t even want to use it to hack up as a learning tool. Wow these things really were pieces of shit
I’m always very curious on why cars that were crap when new are time capsuled, but am universally glad when someone has taken the time and effort to do so [especially in MA, where this thing obviously wasn’t ever driven in winter, as the thing would be a pile of dust by now].
I was going to say, good for him I guess in that scenario because he would have died of carbon monoxide poisoning had he just idled the car in a buried snow igloo
Didn’t think it would be possible to make a new Supra uglier, but here we are.
Technically Bugatti and Lamborghini are Volkswagens.
All the running costs, complexity, and build quality of a Ferrari with none of the brand cachet, and 2 pedals to boot.
Did the MK3 Jetta GLX VR6 share those wheels?
Starred for the first sentence, stayed for the rest
You’re lucid and knew it didn’t matter so it just rolled off the tongue, since, let’s be honest--the CR-V could be called any 3 lettered hyphenated name and it would be the same lozenge-toaster on wheels
I had a MK7 Sportwagen S before this one and the BEC headlights with Morimotos were a really, really nice upgrade. Not sure if the plug and play is the same with 7.5 but they were worth it.
