To be fair, I think they are worth the cost for the increased build quality. The actual material cost is around 10 bucks but those $15 controllers you can buy just feel like crap.

That’s a penis

Aisha Tyler was hilariously bad, not as bad as joywand guy bad, but still bad. Also Assassin’s creed looked rather pathetic and The Division suffered an obvious graphical downgrade. The new Ghost Recon open world game looks awesome though

Some people, with the necessary skills, somewhere on this planet of 7 billion people should make a version featuring the D-Day invasion. It doesn’t have to be these Russian historians.

Not gonna say I told you so because I still don’t believe it but Damn, they actually pulled it offoff

As soon as there is an android version, I’ll mount it with Arc Welder and play it nonstop!!!

Yeah so? The development team is getting more familiar with the hardware. This expansion adds more locations inside the USA map as well as new vehicle types.

I mean the xbone is just a windows 8/10 pc with laptop cpu/gpu. You can download graphical mods for your computer even if you can’t handle it. We’ll see how this goes!

The difference with this is that 1000s of developers and reporters have already used it. Its funny that Hololens actually uses kinect technology for room and hand tracking.

The 360 had a triple Core PowerPC processor. The PS3 had an 8 core Cell Processor which was similar to PowerPc but not identical. Both PS4 and Xbone have x86 processors like every pc since 1986...

It’ll probably just have full voice acting for player dialogue. The player can still choose the lines but instead of reading a shit ton of text, you can listen to it spoken aloud.

Wait, you can’t use xbone controllers on pc? I have my ds4 hooked up via bluetooth. The touchpad works great for games that don’t quite have full controller support

I didn’t say the projectile will be 16”. Tight now the sabot is 5”,with the projectile a certain ratio of that diameter. If the sabot is 16”,the projectile will be larger since that ratio should be preserved. 16” diameter allows for more powder and thus more imparted kinetic energy. Thus you get a larger projectile

This projectile is not just solid iron. It has a guidance system, control surfaces, and a sabot. The article talks about low tech versions filling the space of the guidance system with high explosive. While the rail gun could operate with plain metal rounds, the guidance system adds significant flexibility at a cost

Yeah, but this is a 5” shell. Up it to 16” and the kinetic energy imparted will be much greater.

In his GDC talks, he explains his process of taking a complex system(a city, daily life, the UNIVERSE!) and boiling down to some of its essential elements and making it fun to play. Those prototypes showed some of those elements. The game looked incredible in 2005-2006. However there was a stumbling block on the

The scope was possibly too big, however the gameplay and simulations created for it had so much more potential than the final product. I am disappointed that the game had potential, the developers had fleshed out that potential, and then purposely chose to simplify the game.

Spore was supposed to be Will Wright’s crowing achievement, taking the universe and dividing it into fun gameplay systems. There are prototypes you can still get from the Spore website that date from as early as 2009 that showcase gameplay more in depth than the final shipped product. The “creepy vs cute” schism in
