Mario Kart 8 on the 8th was excellent once again! The bikes-only rules really threw me for a loop as I'm firmly into heavy, high top speed karts, but I still managed to come away with the silver medal behind @disqus_U61L2lmPgr:disqus. It was great! And I got to talk to @DL for the majority of the tournament over

The only video game remix I've ever put in my song library is a ridiculous Bubble Bobble techno track. Apparently everyone and their dog has made a techno remix of the Bubble Bobble theme, so I cannot seem to find the one I have on YouTube.

Yeah! They had a Mario Tennis demo set up at our local Blockbuster Video way back when. I remember trying it out a couple times, but not liking it enough to ask for one.

We also have a MK8 text channel set up for organizing outside the session, and chatting with folks who don't have a workable audio setup.

Hooray for MK8 on the 8th! Don't forget that we have a Gameological Discord server set up to chat while we play. You'll need to create a Discord account if you don't have one, and it's totally free! I ran it on my smartphone for the last MK8 on the 8th, and everyone sounded nice and clear. Here's the link to join

Poor kitten! Is it normally an outside cat?

Bye!

Oh. I did too. There was no way I was making that subtle connection on my own.

Did you find the second ending to Inside?

Another CTF fan! The folks I run with in Overwatch hate it, and I can't understand why. Maybe because they love running death balls, and those don't really work in CTF very often? It's a mystery!

This week has been a solid mix of Overwatch and Gravity Rush 2. It's been a nice break from the otherwise heavy themes of the games I've been picking up recently. I'm sure the declining state of government and the general level of anxiety both around me and on the internet have depleted my emotional reserves. While

So I dove into Gravity Rush 2 the other day, but I haven't spent a ton of time with it yet. Purdom is right about the excellence of flying around Jirga Para Lhao, and I've only just arrived! I've mostly been playing side-quests after arriving, remembering from the previous entry that it's the only way to get to know

I see two possible scenarios here:

So having broad-based support for your political campaign is a clear indicator of corruption, except when it isn't? This sounds like one of those IOKIYAR type situations to me. The fun part about the current regime is that you don't even need to make wild assumptions to get at the "corruption" conclusion. The people

It seems you've be sorely misinformed. The Clinton Global Initiative is downsizing, but the Clinton Foundation hasn't gone anywhere. Since you've clearly decided that it's a criminal organization, are you saying that independent evaluation services are somehow in on the conspiracy, like Charity Navigator and

I count at least two Mosques that have been burned down since Trump took office, and countless other hate crimes by his emboldened supporters. Just cuz you didn't hear about it doesn't mean that nothing is happening.

That makes sense. I didn't play Crisis Core, but even FFVII proper had a lot to differentiate the culture and people of Wutai from anything going on with the other continents.

Hmmmm. I must have missed the times that the Clintons started taking things from people. What exactly are they supposed to have taken? As far as I can tell, they've done all kinds of things to help people around the world through the Clinton Foundation, which is among the highest rated organizations for turning
