Keep in mind, that if she falls and something happens we're very much on the hook. Our floors are concrete, and skulls are fragile. 50+ pages of paperwork, an occupational safety review and an ambulance bill are all things we have to deal with because you won't tell your kid to sit down.

Hahaha. Something like that. It worked for my parents (I think)

Wait what? Did I read that right? Toddlers are...well....toddlers. They're like little mercurial crackheads with bits of playdough in their ears. They can't make decisions for themselves.

Oh? Hairdresser?

It's winter break, they're bored and out in force.

I'm not surprised. Parents won't/don't watch kids in carts either, and if I (cashier) say " on your bum please!" they often get so cranky.

That's a tough one. My mumma had a similar dilemma back in the 90's and she had girl with single dad and girl who's mum had a weird boyfriend sleep over at our house, rather than me go there. As for explaining it to me, she did the " I'm the parent" speech and I screamed and cried but I made it to adulthood anyway ;)

Makes me so glad it's illegal to photograph someone without their permission in Canada. I have marched up to people and asked them to delete pictures before, and will continue to do so.

If you're nuliparous (never had a baby), it can really hurt but there are drugs for that. Also your period goes kind of whackadoodle for the first few months.

Get prescribed muscle relaxants for beforehand, makes a huge difference.

It hurt going in, and I did take a couple days off to daydrink and ice my abdomen and whine. It's settled now, so it's fine but periods are somewhat heavier.

YES. ADA LOVELACE UTERUSES!

Yes! IUDivas!

I wish we had nexplanon in Canada. I did 5 years of evra and it was fab

Copper IUD 4 lyfe.

People who wear ultra complicated button/belty/lacefull outfits to fly. We all know the TSA/CATSA rules by now folks. Get a nice pullover sweater, yoga pants and toms. Seriously.

I'm not quite sure how that plays out here, as I know we have separate men's and women's bible studies, khalsa men/khalsa ladies, women's caucus/nonviolent men etc.

Fair. It's different here because clubs are through the student union, which is a separate organization from the school with completely separate funding, I dunno what it's like in the states and the UK.

I meant that student lead initiatives allowed for gender segregation, because faculty would get in a world of shit for doing so (In Canada anyway). Not the other way around.

In any case, that's awesome. Orthodox and ultra orthodox culture has so few spaces for women to discuss their sexuality in a way that's not putting their husband first.
