Let's hang out, JLaw! I'll bring the munchies!

We're chattel to them. Many people in government really, truly do not give a shit about first peoples.
Because their yoga teacher told them, and it's a conspiracy...maaaaan. There's an anti-semetic/islamophobic tone to a lot of the discussion, too.
Well, yeah. Hormonal birth control is one of the first things to go if money is tight, and their economy is in the canasta. It's only subsidized if you're under a certain income bracket, and so in countries like Canada and the UK you get this phenomenon of people being 'not poor enough' for certain services.
Exactly! Kids don't make a big deal of things unless they're taught to by someone in their life.
I guess white cheddar is kinda like Oaxaca, but not quiiiiite.
This is my life, every 3-6 weeks something gets waxed. The hair on my head, my brows and my lashes are the only hair that stays.
...In your hair. The hairdresser makes little track braids to sew the wefts of hair to. If you're not using them then in a silk bag somewhere safe so they don't get frizzy and wrecked.
Exactly, school is a workplace. Learning to dress appropriately for different situations is important, and I work with a lot of girls and guys in high school that don't know how to. I wish their parents would step up and parent them.
Whoever told her to wear that dress should be slapped. She needs to go shopping with Octavia Spencer, methinks.
I hate this heeled sneaker trend. I had to send a cashier home for wearing them last weekend.
I think you, me and JLaw might be the same person. My first thought when I go to an event is " where's the food?"
But they aren't given equine drugs, either. The meat found wasn't from horses bred for meat. Horses that are used for equestrian sports like jumping are often given high dose antinflammatories (among other things) that aren't approved for people and stay in the muscle tissue. Eating them isn't a good idea.
Well, I don't blame them if they think they'll be embarrassed and basically told they're 'intimidating' their assailant like the ^%$# honour court did.
Yay, let's YELL at each-other and take an 'are you stupid?' tone.
Oh god, the states is a strange place. That sounds awful
Well, yes. But why not let the mainstream judicial system work it out and then proceed with on campus sanctions after?
That makes my blood boil.
I think the issue is it's horses that haven't been bred for meat. They're given things that are fine for a thousand pound animal, but not great for humans. Anti-inflammatories and such.
Why is this not being dealt with by the court system? University disciplinary boards exist to deal with stuff like plagiarism...
