I just heard them complaining about stuff, defaults, etc... scroll bar disappearing in viewfinder while trying to select or anything, stuff like that. Difficult enough to use a trackpad.

Holy shit that sounds like a mad beast. But even both with this (I owned GT10.1) and ipad, I can find neither of them truly useful, simply based on function. The W8 laptops with touchscreens are what I'll be really waiting for.

I won't deny the newer iphones are easier to read, but I'll question when you hint at saying that the slightly higher PPI of the iphone is better then a 720p resolution screen at 4.6" large. I'm looking at my Galaxy Nexus from about less then a foot away and trying to think how much sharper it can actually look.

So why would bigger text be more difficult to read? Not only that, but there's even more pixels on a 720p screen.

So why not get a phone with a 720p display at 2" big? Lots of pixel density there.
