Considering how much Trump supporters project their delusions of masculinity onto Trump and his crypto-fascist campaign, manhood is, well, very much associated with Trump.

The problem is that a lot of republican women come from patriarchal churches and likely believe that men know how to govern better than women. So while the majority of white women support republicans, they won’t support republican women.

Speaker Pelosi said, rather eloquently, what all men (who were raised properly) think. As a man, I don’t consider Trump to be worthy of that descriptor. At best he’s a petulant child.

If you want more women and minorities...maybe stop pushing policies that HURT women and minorities?

So the GOP are having trouble finding enough gender traitors... why am I not surprised? But I will reluctantly offer them some advice on where to look: the extreme Christians right.

My theory is the unholy cabal that runs the Republican Party wants only just enough women in Congress (and government in general) to not get called out too badly for having no women in it at all.

Stefanik wants the Republican Party to “look more like America,” which in her view means “adding more women and diversity to our numbers.”

This is exactly the type of movie I will watch.  A few years ago, I ran out of fucks to give about men’s stories, and since then I have started devouring the stories of what the women were doing while the men got all the attention.
