It’s true she committed insurance fraud. But it’s a fucked-up situation that she felt she had to break the law in order to help a kid get health care. And I’m hoping she stepped in because the parents didn’t have the resources to take the kid to the clinic and pay for all the deductibles and co-pays.

I’d love to see guys like him begging on the street and going to food banks.

I live in DC, and there was a piece on the morning news about how restaurants that get a lot of business from federal workers are seeing their revenues go down; they’re struggling. I’m sure a lot of businesses are hurting with federal workers cutting back. Metro is seeing revenue go down because people aren’t riding…

One woman literally has to decide between chemo treatments and rent. What kind of shithole country makes a woman (or anyone) choose between life-saving health care and a home?

Both are vile specimens of humanity, but I’d choose Zuck  (even though I’m vegan), close my eyes, and think of better looking men.

I get that lack of empathy is in the Trump DNA, but I find it amazing that they manage to marry people who are similarly deficient in basic human empathy.

And imagine that you are poisoned because there’s no agency to ensure the safety of the food you buy. Or you die in a crash because nobody ensures the safety of the car you buy. Or that you die due to a medical mistake because nobody ensured the safety of the medicines you take. Or that you die of cholera because…

Some of those people who are furloughed have been required to return to work anyway, because our country can’t function without them but they’re still considered nonessential.

She’s a grandma. She raised, what, five kids? She’s used to dealing with bratty behavior in a way Dotard Donnie, who’s proud of the fact he never lifted a finger to care for his kids, is not.

I dunno; the skin suits in the 1980s miniseries V were done pretty well. Maybe her race of reptilians is good with the human suits.

You’re getting the assholes mixed up; it’s Sarah Hucksterbee Slanders whose brother gleefully killed a dog and Mitt Romney who thought the roof of a car was a great place to put the dog carrier.

I was thinking that she invites him, but none of the Democrats, including her, attend. And no cameras, of course.

Or package it with an increased minimum wage, Medicare for All that includes the full suite of reproductive health care, and other things on Dems’ wish lists.
