It has been amazing to watch - seeing that the sandbox is made up of all these interactions that we don’t see is not really surprising to me - what’s interesting is that you COULD do the same interaction with so few of these things happening under the hood, but then the dynamic interaction possibilities with the world…

The 3.5GB rar file is on Reddit. I downloaded it and there are 90 video files showing preprepre alpha test footage. If this is what we have to look forward to then it’s pretty exciting. You shut off you breaker box to the outside power grid..so you don’t back feed power onto the grid.  I have used this method in a pinch..you just have to use your brain.

If you built it, I’m surprised that you didn’t take the more secure route of using a recessed male plug, which would have allowed you to use any standard extension cable to connect it to a power source, instead of requiring a male-male cable.

The original G4 worked because YouTube, and streaming content in general, didn’t exist. I was in college at the time. Anyone old enough to remember the original G4 is probably too old to care about the revival. And those too young have YouTube, Twitch, etc. There was no need for this revival, and I’m not sure who…
