I am not in favor of giving away our technology, we are the pioneers of all military tech, and we give it away, letting or enemies, or other countries stay close behind, at NO COST to them...let them use the dumb bombs.

Would have to agree...why would they want a platform that could carry less, with a shorter range? I think its a ploy so they can get some V22's they may use them in this role they may not. There has to be a better solution, Re-use the Vikings, or stick some jet engines on an updated Greyhound.
