Not sure I could use breadcrumbs with a tomato-base sauce??? But oil and broth base, definitely, and you’re not supposed to use cheese on a seafood pasta dish, so (as with St Joseph’s Day) breadcrumb is all you have!

I wouldn't wish jalousie windows on my worst enemy! We had them on a house we rented in the Midwest, and man, cleaning 409 individual panes of glass every spring was a pain in the ass. Thankfully though, I never had any issues taking out or replacing the panes.

Also works for onions, carrots and zesting citrus!
