I liked how they had a segment from Horsin’ Around right before that explaining how genetic testing is an imperfect science.

> 4. The first Long Night ended through diplomacy. The Wall was created by the Others. A pact was sealed and sacrifices were given at the Nightfort.
Ygritte was basically his high school fling. They thought they were crazy in love but really when you’re a teenager all relationships seem overly dramatic like that.
I’d say the main plot is more Bojack connecting with Hollyhock and figuring out his relationship.
While I agree that Todd’s reasoning to create the clown dentists was rather forced, it was also the most reliable source of laughs for me. It even manages to tie into his asexuality plotline later on. You just kind of have to accept that Todd steps outside of the “actions have consequences” world that most of the…
Just do the Harry Potter thing and let the kids mature and go through the awkward teen years. It opens up storyline possibilities and it’s not like there is a big ticking clock in the series. If they need to jump the timeline forward that should be no problem.
I can just hear one of the execs talking about synergies in the corporate culture now.
Your comment reads like:
Miscarrages are way more common than you probably think. Most women manage to handle the trauma fairly well. The odds are somewhere around 1 in 5 recognized conceptions as I recall. Most people obviously don’t like to talk about it, but it happens all the time. If she is having so much trouble healing from the…
I could care less about what kind of genitals the writers have as long as the stories are good.
Last shot of the show is Bob Newhart getting out of bed.
Maybe there is a rule that 3 eye ravens can’t divulge useful information unless directly asked? Maybe he has tons of stuff he wants to say, but nobody will ask the question. It’s so frustrating he has to drug himself up most of the day to avoid exploding with frustration.
Tyrion was clearly GRRMs favorite character. He did go a bit overboard with him. Shame the show writers don’t know what to do with the dwarf.
Could be useful if she needs to hit up some brothels in Kings Landing. Otherwise yeah, a recognizable face that a lot of people hate is probably a bad general choice. Plus, it’s not like he was killed in some shady back alley, word is going to spread that Littlefinger is dead, making the face even more suspicious.
Maybe they were worried that Brienne would step in if she heard the girls talking and possibly give up the game? Seems pretty weak to me. I suspect the real reason she was sent away was so she could have a couple of lines with the Hound.
I still have no idea how one gets out of grey hell.
It’s obvious D&D are going to at least resolve the major plot threads before the end of the show. It may not make sense and require bending of time and space, but they’ll put Jon and Dany on the throne with the army of the dead defeated and everybody living happily ever after.
There is no guarantee that GRRM will figure out satisfying conclusions to the many plot threads he has running in the books. At least some of the rush this season was the writers trying to tie up loose plot threads as quickly as possible to set the stage for the final season.
One of the things I liked about the books was the general realism with sword fights. People would avoid battle, and when they did fight even samll “hero” wounds had a tendency to get infected and kill off the character. The world was a deadly place and any mistake could be fatal.
I can’t help but to think that book Littlefinger would have instantly realized the threat Bran posed and tried to assassinate him again. Bran clearly demonstrated his omniscience the first time they meet and Littlefinger has to know that is a Sword of Damocles hanging over his head.
