What I didn't like about her Freakshow character was that they set her up as another strong woman, but the way they had her written, she was contemptible in a pathetic way. In the other seasons, she was simultaneously contemptible and awesome.

I adored her in Coven and every other season. Did not care for her in Freakshow at all. The character was just badly written and it showed.

I loved the shit out of Coven. It was fun. Freakshow wasn't fun. When Coven was over, it felt like you had watched something cohesive, despite all the "whut?" along the way. Not so with Freakshow.
