Same. To the point where my husband was saying Dean fucked up with the scream and was pretty contemptuous and it totally hurt my feelings.

In all fairness, he’s figuratively sucking Ailes’ dick by including “fair and balanced” in his defense. Pathetic sycophant.
This is true as fuck.
“Foreward by Sean Hannity.”
Sean Penn is a navel-gazing dummy and categorically NOT a journalist. But Kate del Castillo manages to come off looking worse in all this. Somehow. Her claims defy belief.
I mean, they’ve already been through a long period of crushing litigation. It's discouraging.
I don’t doubt this at all but I’ve always felt like the elephant in the room was his head injury from his car crash. No one talks about it anymore but it seems...relevant.
Ha, I just brought up this movie in another comment. That was a sweet blender. If I recall, one of those retro ones. Even as a kid I loved that stuff so I thought she was being awful.
Best gift I ever got was a Kitchen Aid professional stand mixer. And it was refurbished! So practical! Loved it. Roomba vacuum was a close second because I am a clean freak with two cats. That gift made my life easier. A scale is a whole other level. Danger zone.
I’m the type of woman who thinks getting kitchen appliances and vacuum cleaners as gifts is perfectly romantic, but THAT? Death wish.
Kathryn Casey is one of the few true crime authors who nails the genre almost as well as the Queen, Ann Rule. I normally prefer more “journalistic” investigative nonfiction in the vein of Jon Krakauer, but you’re guaranteed a compelling read with Rule or Casey.
A Descent into Hell by Kathryn Casey. Really good if you're in a true-crime page turner mood.
I read a book about that case.
You’re fundamentally misunderstanding how estate planning works. It’s David Bowie’s money — not his daughter’s. He is giving it to her as a gift — when she turns 25. That was his prerogative, because it was his money. The motive is that it was the prudent thing to do. It's a bizarre thing for you to begrudge.
Excellent use of the relatively rarely-used Criminal Minds gif.
You all do realize that the series left out a ton of pro-defense evidence too, right? It’s interesting that you have to go to Reddit to get a full picture of it, and how few “thinkpieces” are including that vital bit of context as they rush to paint Steven Avery as “maybe unfair trial but probably guilty anyway,…
She’s not so much “patient” as she is a hardcore right winger who finds the majority of Donald Trump’s views highly palatable.
Um, I wasnt. I was commiserating. That’s why I said “people.” Not “you.”
This “other evidence” sourced from repulsive reprobate Kratz and the way people are uncritically buying it while at the same time calling the doc “biased” is the reason I can’t move on. It’s driving me fucking nuts. The full context paints a far different story than what Kratz would have us believe. People buying what…
Plot twist! The “manacles” were mass market pink fuzzy sex toys. Seems super dodgy for these viral internet pieces using corrupt prosecutor/sexual harasser Ken Kratz as a source to have not clarified that. The full context for all of the “left out evidence” is out there. I'm baffled by how easily people are…
