Your MOM is FACE!

Which model? At 300k, yes, its CP.

Ok, lets try it from another angle then. Let’s take that smart limo you mentioned. Would it be a nice price at some price point? You bet. If its cheap enough (for me, less then weekend money), it could be fun for a few days. You can play a silly prank on your friends or relatives. You can make an unforgettable

Reliability is much more dependent on testing than it is on design. Manufacturers put in enormous effort on testing components to failure, and re designing accordingly. They have been doing that for decades. Even before that became standard practice, it was obvious that the most reliable products are those that have

NP or CP is inherently a subjective question. It has to do with the finances of the person being asked, or some vaguely realistic interpretation of those finances. Otherwise, everything is a nice price to the Sultan of Brunei

I spent 2 year DDing a motorcycle. I spent another 2 cycling everywhere and not driving at all. I understand that with enough commitment you can get around lack of cargo space, weak power, lack of protection from the elements etc.

I’m not faulting the seller, I’m faulting Jalopnik staff for the entry.

Nice as the car may be, this entry is dumb.

Absolutely love the show, and think it might be the best sci fi show out there.

It make some sense. Belter is like a redneck accent. Many educated belters are ashamed of it, and hide it when around the inners, but then bring it out around other belters for some cred.

I loved the show ashford, and the book ashford was good too, but they are in no way the same person. Not even a little bit.

There are a few requirements for a sleeper car, which are debatable, so I’ll list mine here.

Absolutely, the slide valves have reliability issues.

There have been weird slide valves that would do the trick, but those were from a very long time ago.

The exhaust port opens before the intake, then both remain open at the same time. I would think that it would be helpful to be able to vary the duration/overlap of those two at different speed and loads.

Diesel 2-strokes (or any DI 2 stroke) is not like a conventional 2 stroke that’s found on old dirt bike. There are 2 significant differences relevant to the discussion

1. a 1% transporter is very useful. Let’s look in a situation where a population of a city is stranded by a natural disaster and desperately needs supplies that we can’t deliver because the roads are destroyed. You can start transporting supplies, knowing that 1% of what you send gets there, and load the rest up on

“New cars lose more value than used cars (hence the 0% interest)“

Killing your credit score over ~$5k doesn’t seem to be worth it.

Why do we have to assume that? Why do you assume that every time the transporter tech goes “this doesn’t seem to be working” it has to be in an episode, rather than in one of those in between times?
