That was what happened to COD Ghost PS4 players. Its 1080p, but it couldn't manage 60 frames per second. The xb1 upscaled 720p, but managed a smooth 60 frames per second. They might have patched in a fix already.

Because all these reviews are rushed and superficial to ensure viable click bait material on launch days.
