I agree, it is a photoshop. You can tell from the perspective and the opacity. It doesn't quite match up with the angle that the picture is taken from. The paint is also much too transparent for how thickly you'd have to apply it to achieve the crispness of that coloring.

Yeah, the chest is disproportionate because the rib cage is fused and there are a whole host of extra organs stuffed into the body. I believe, don't quote me, that there are 19 extra implants in the body to make an Astartes.

It's probably been said, but yeah...Astartes have had so many of their organs cut out and replaced that they can't breed or have sex.
