Thank you for completely wasting 3 minutes of my life... It must be hard being so clever all the time.

I’m baffled by the “I have never tried and never will” mindset. I get that alcohol is a dangerous drug when overused, and you saw what that looks like. But, historically it’s such an integral part of every agrarian culture in the world that I think it’s weird to never try. Prior to Islam, there wasn’t a place where…
Ugh...the pretentious contradiction oozes through this diatribe like alcohol through your pores after a bender...
I can’t. I once disagreed with Ashley Feinberg and said that asking to buy a stolen Ep VII script was probably illegal and so they banned me from the mainpage. Thank you for the offer though. :)
Being in the grey is censorship.
Brought you out of the grey for Dan Carlin.
“He sent the message at 6:25 p.m., then told his mother he was leaving the house to visit a friend and not to expect him home for dinner. He made a short drive to a remote corner of the Fairhaven Kmart parking lot. At 6:28 p.m., he called Carter and talked to her for 43 minutes. At 7:12, she called him. The call…
Living in Massachusetts, I have been following the case since her arrest and what she did was seriously messed up.
Stupid comment is stupid. People who don’t manage their notifications aren’t iPhone people, they are people who don’t care. They exist on both sides of the fence.
I dream of a day when everyone doesn’t give a shit what kind of mobile phones other people have, and so they don’t derive “enjoyment” from such situations as the one you’ve described.
MSNBC made the decision last year that they needed to compete with Fox. The lower rungs were told that they were going to seek more “moderate” programming, but the upper rungs were already planning a Trumpalooza. I hope they fall on their face (except for Maddow, long live Maddow.) There’s already a glut of white,…
People like you are going to doom us all.
They kind of already have. Every phone from the 5S onward already have an extra set of safeguards that would make what the FBI is asking for literally impossible.
They want Apple to write a custom software to aid in unlocking the phone. Which is what I wrote in the first sentence. Did you get that far?
If you can brute-force a passcode with no reprecussions, then encryption doesn’t mean jack. If the end result is the same as breaking the encryption directly, why is the path you take to get there so important to you?
I’m just going to point out that in Communism this wouldn’t be an issue since the State would control the companies, either directly or indirectly. As such “commies” isn’t a very good insult in this case.
They are also asking apple to turn off the limiter that slows down your request to once an hour after too many guesses. that combined with the auto delete is the deadbolt for the back door, by removing both you are making the encryption on the phone worthless. you are infact asking apple to weaken their security.
Unlocking something by using a passcode that’s not yours to use is literally the definition of “breaking someone’s encryption.”
Pretty sure it would go down like this ... 10 tries and it dies and McAfee giggle and hands it back to them and says woops guess you don’t need that software anymore .. It’s something of beauty his crazy brain could concoct.. Hell he might now even try different pass codes.. McAfee is crazy enough just to put 0000 in…
