Honestly, I think it was the context in which the information was shared. It was a post about why can't we be happy for each other, why is sharing positives considered bragging, etc., which is totally relevant, but then there were facts in there that sort of took away from the point because they honestly weren't

Also, from what I understand, the work out regimens followed by the contestants on this show aren't exactly healthy either, they're quite extreme. So, judging whether or not someone is healthy by their appearance after participating in an extreme experiment is a bit difficult.
