I did read that, but it didn't make much sense. I assume completely divorced from its traditional meaning, e.g. your woman is cheating on you.

Yes, if that long. A lot of thoughts are he'll be impeached. But you can do a lot of damage in four years or less. What concerns me just as much is if that many people can vote for Trump (who regularly espouses anti-American authoritarian beliefs), what will they vote for next? I never, ever in my wildest nightmares

I had to Google this cuck business. The top hits were all about this incident. Finally, I made my way to Urban Dictionary, that bastion of intellectual civility, and something something feminazi vegetarian YouTube celebrity (who I also had to Google. This is seriously cutting into my Saturday nap time.)

Demon bites did give the recipient demon powers in Jessica's Body, but that's probably not the best source.

What you said. I was pissed they were going to kill him off just when he's getting kind of badass. This show keeps proving itself by doing the unexpected.

I really can't tell if it's a joke account, but I'm leaning towards it probably being legit. I kind of want to block the both of them that are posting weird Christian shit on here (assuming it's really two people), but I also want to see where it goes. I'm a little perverse like that. I blame Captain Howdy.

Hey, how do you know my address??

Agreed, the reveal made Angela's freak out over events early on (the scratching in the walls, for example) make more sense in retrospect.

Today has had him on to sing. TWICE. Are they that desperate for viral videos?

I was so lukewarm on Kennedy early on, so I'm glad she stuck around long enough that I could change my mind about her.

It pains me Tati went home. Out of everyone there, she is the one who could really benefit the most from the exposure.

This. I no longer hate her, but she's not ever going to be my favorite. I did feel bad for her though; Phi Phi got in her head, and her whole Snatch Game was off. BTW, I was all on board for a Phi Phi redemption arc, but that was some shady shit she was pulling. Alyssa at least was not having it.

Yeah, I was surprised Oliver labeled Alyssa's performance bad. It wasn't as funny as Alaska or Katya, but that's a huge bar. It was weirdly, fittingly Alyssa.

This says it all for me. The comments section on Gawker is occasionally entertaining or insightful, but as often as not unbearable. In a just world, they'd move to Jezebel, which is consistently worse.

I keep forgetting about that. I read the book and liked it, although I was not crazy about the romance that kept sucking the air out of the narrative. Someone who had read the book and seen the mini-series told me I'd like it, maybe the romance wasn't so tedious in that version.

I haven't started this yet, but I'm glad to see Hulu's original programming get love. I really liked Difficult People and The Path. I couldn't get very far with Kevin Smith's show.

AV is a welcome respite, re comments. Other than the final season thread for The Office (which attracted a lot of non-members, as far as I could tell), this place is thoughtful and civil the vast majority of the time. What a relief to not read thru pages of "WATCH SOMETHIN ELSE THAN" or "SPEAK FIR YURSELF."

I despise her character as well, but she's really embraced the unlikability and delivered a fantastic performance. Despite actually feeling sorry for Sarah at times in this episode, I still loathe her. I don't know how she'll come back from offering drinks to an alcoholic from his own stash, what is essentially child

The supernatural overtones are mildly interesting, but they are also troubling. This is so very obviously a cult, that the visions (and possibly implied miracles) would convey some sort of legitimacy on it. Or are the writers going to take the approach that any divine revelation is hopelessly corrupted by its

Thanks. I have read the book. Basically, I loved the Oswald/ period stuff, I didn't give a shit about the romance (people seem to prefer one or the other.) I have been debating it for a binge later, but a positive review from someone who has read the book helps.
