When FBI guy made the "I saw her in the light" comment, I was like what the fuck is happening. They are gonna need some more FBI guys. This one is gonna be unburdening and drinking Jamba Juice by the time I finish this sentence.

Sadly, if this were on HBO or Netflix instead, it would be getting the attention it deserves. This is the best original Hulu has got, but their subscriber base is orders of magnitude smaller than Netflix.

She said drop some heat in your own goddamn house.

I had to freeze-frame to see them. I saw two sleeping aids (Ambien and one more) and as someone said below, Klonopin which is for anxiety-related conditions.

Cal won't eat in front of people, and no one will drink in front of or with him.

It's a struggle for shows to get teens right. Too many times they are just defined solely by being one-dimensional assholes who throw a monkey wrench into the adult plots. It also helps that all of the actors on this show (including the teens) are hitting it out of the park every week.

I do agree re: the online conversation. When it all drops at once, I feel it's hard to have an ongoing discussion about any particular episode, everyone is on a different viewing schedule. This is one of the very few online shows I've posted on here.

I can't stand the weekly release schedule. This is a show I could binge on, and there aren't many.

@this bear is tops blooby You are both doing the Lord's work today. XOXO, an Atheist.

Aww, no. No presents. I don't mind though. He was so generous with his time. He did have a really impassioned conversation with the guy ahead of me about Friday Night Lights, and I was like, "Goddamnit, I knew I should have watched this show." Which, ok it's in my watchlist. I'll get to it eventually.

I was told there would be no math here.

So, I met David Sedaris several years ago at a book signing. He did a reading and signed books, and all just for the price of a book purchase. If you ever get the chance to attend one of his book signings, GO. You'll wait in line forever, because he personalizes each signature. But it's so worth it.

So,

I mean, Derrick was really the only one who didn't do well. Bob was just a case of who else can we put there. On that basis alone, Derrick was homeward bound. But to think she could out LSFYL Bob. Girl.

Aw, Jinks's makeup wasn't bad. I liked her Day of the Dead look.

De La's Bianca puppet is still my favorite of any season. The teeth on that puppet, I'm dying.

My moment of hilarity was near the end when Hawk and Sarah have the earnest conversation about planting trees, all whilst she has that ridiculous e-meter strapped to her head. I cannot figure out if that was intentional.

Really? I am digging the close shave.

Not yet, but apparently there is a Meyerist glossary that was provided to the cast (and the press.)

No, I think you are onto something, my inebriated compadre. Which is worse, the practical megalomaniac or the fanatic true believer? Sarah has moments of empathy, but I think she could be terrifying. Her sweet story about almost miscarrying Hawk (and, uh, unwittingly exposing her fetus to a hallucinogen) got creepy
