Your argument is nonsense. New drivers aren’t trials instituted on the behalf of for-profit companies without the consent of road users and pedestrians. They are an established part of the training and licensing process and, in smart jurisdictions, those drivers have strict conditions placed on their new license.

It still boggles the fucking mind that these companies are being allowed to beta test autonomous vehicles on public roads and next to schools and sidewalks and bike lanes filled with people who have not consented to be part of these trials.
