It’s actually a pretty obvious display of privilege when you can live your life without wanting for representation. Just says “I got mine, Jack, so I don’t know what everyone else is all worked up about.”

Creating characters to look or behave a certain way “just because it’s cool” is how we get Sonic Boom, not Overwatch.

Heck yeah, time to bust out some soy-sauce-marinaded ramen eggs!

It seems to have more lore than I would’ve expected. That Direct started with a story about how people with the Arms gene just wake up one morning with stretchy arms. And scientists try to get to the bottom of why, but are stopped by “an unseen.... HAND.”

Pff, have you never seen Ocarina’s Great Fairy?

Why would Nintendo need a Direct to promote a new game? Dude, what else are Directs for?

Whuff, and using the same generic, default images that we’ve seen a zillion times on everything from the first gen card game to boxes of Kraft macaroni.

Sweet. I have a friend who’s been playing the closed beta on her PC, but I wanted to get it for PS4. :D

Does anyone know if this is cross-platform?

Understand translating a farming game for the US, maybe, but Natsume wasn’t involved in any of the actual development of the other games.

Hope they ditch all the Minecraft-lite stuff. And get a better handle on a decent style. Natsume’s first attempt had weird large-headed monstrosities, and the second one all looked like Miiverse characters.

Yeah, but those other games get new teams to continue the series, when the original developers have moved onto other things. BUT in this case, the original developers are STILL making their games. So yes, Story of Seasons is more Harvest Moon than current Harvest Moon, since it’s got the actual Harvest Moon

Once they release a few more multiplayer games, I’ll probably take mine with me to play with friends during lunch hour. Hopefully splitscreen Splatoon maybe? And I’m looking forward to that Overcooked port. But since I only just have Zelda, it doesn’t leave the TV dock.

Showing at $19 for me.

Bully for you that all it took for you to be sold was the first trailer. So you’re sold, stop watching the trailers. Other people need more than just one teaser to be interested.

Do they have a Kinectimals/Tamagotchi type game for VR yet? I’d kinda love to have a game where you raise horses or dragons... Brush and feed them... Compete in obstacle courses or races...

The Fireworks ones are wide release, but not the Syrup Waffle one.

I hate that some of these flavors get grocery chain exclusivity. :C That’s how I missed out on the fruity pebbles one too. There’s no Albertsons (or sister store) anywhere in the Southeast.

That Hidden Folks game looks super cute! :D

Except nowadays everything’s got a Day 1 patch that’s practically half the game, and THAT is still housed on servers.
