I’m happy moving into a world where assaulting people on set is not considered just living an “extreme” life. Also, wildly texting to a coworker about drowning and burning a woman and then abusing her corpse.

You’d have a point if this wasn’t in reaction to right wingers screeching about manliness the first time he dared to dress a way they thought was inappropriate. But it was, so you don’t.

He deserves this, and so do we

Oof. Hard disagree on this one. I have my issues with Discovery, but this is easily one of the best episodes of the series for me, if only because it felt like a classic Trek episode. Who doesn’t love a good trial plot!

I’m not angry any more, this is sadly par for Handlen’s DISCO reviews

Ohhh Zack, you are going to make so many people angry by confusing that Abramsverse destruction of Vulcan with the discoveryverse/realverse destruction of Romulus.

Juno is also really good (and much more observant and adroitly written and well-structured than a lot of its detractors give it credit for) and people were wrong to backlash that one, too.

Lucas mapped out nothing.

This just in: a crime isn’t a crime if the Other does something worse. Film at eleven.

An estimated 33,000 Japanese Americans served in the U.S. military during World War II, of which 20,000 joined the Army. The 100th/442nd Infantry Regiment became the most decorated unit in U.S. military history.

Some of the interned men volunteered to serve. That’s why Miyagi’s wife died in a camp during childbirth while he was fighting overseas. It’s a real bummer all around.

Lamenting? I said the CC was pretty good baring some weird specific choices. Beyond that, this article is saying “Wow since everyone’s making characters that look like themselves, maybe we should ensure that everyone has that ability.” Larian’s doing the bashing, not me.

space + mountain

Seriously. Space Mountain is a perfectly fine little roller coaster that I remember virtually nothing about. The Haunted Mansion is *amazing*.

Pirates and the Haunted Mansion may be a little silly, but to say that these classic rides aren’t “good” is straight up clickbait.

who gives a fuck how Chrissy chooses to deal with her grief, that’s up to her. if you have the option to hate on her pain or not hate on her pain, just choose not to hate on it.
