I’m all for equality, but
It’s controversial, but in my experience it mostly works fine:
dirt and horse sweat and cowchips and other non-delicious things
This describes literally any Sun Media publication.
It’s worth noting that all of the people Twitter-quoted above are former contestants on the show.
Interesting that so many alumni of the series are speaking out against the breakup being filmed. I’d be extremely interested to know who arranged for the camera crew to be there.
The breakup supposedly happened weeks after filming ended - they were no longer “on the show” at the time.
If that’s the case, it would be a change. There have definitely been cases in the past where the final couple had broken up, off-camera, before the show ended, and they revealed it in the final episode.
I’m no expert, and I think it’s happened, but I think it’s pretty rare. Regardless of whether they’re pressured by the producers or whatever, the majority of them seem intent on being engaged when it’s all said and done.
Tonight. Two hours long, somehow.
My girlfriend and I had that very discussion last night. It’s interesting.
I don’t think there’s a real issue with the fact that he dumped her, or his reasons for doing so. I mean, he clearly shouldn’t have proposed to her in the first place, but that’s another matter.
Hmm. Wikipedia says that only one Bachelor couple is still together...unless you count Jason and Molly, but Molly was the runner-up.
I honestly thought Arie was a huge step up from Nick, who was somehow even blander (I haven’t seen previous seasons, so I don’t have any other points of comparison).
No argument here.
Fair. I guess I assume you pretty much have to be a narcissist to go on the damn show to begin with.
Pretty much agreed on all counts. I think it’s easy to understand Arie’s overall situation with the two women, given that it’s the natural outcome given the way the show is constructed.
Welcome to the other side, Zack. We’ve been waiting for you.
Yeah, don’t they call her “Agent Piper?”
